Financial Options
Option #1: Cash or Check
A 5% cash courtesy is given for prepayment in full - that is, payment by cash or check on the day you start your treatment for services over $1,000.00. If you have insurance, we will file your insurance to reimburse you and you would pay your balance in full.
Senior citizens (age 65+) automatically receive a 5% senior citizen discount.
No discounts are available for cosmetic dentistry or full mouth rehabilitation.
Option #2: Insurance Assignment
We are happy to help you with your dental insurance. The insurance package your employer chose for your dental benefits may cover some of your treatment, but it rarely covers everything. Insurance assignment is accepted if our office files your dental claim and your benefits have been pre-authorized. Your estimated portion is due at the time the services are rendered. We only accept assignment from your primary insurance. If you have double coverage we will be happy to file the secondary insurance for you to receive that reimbursement.
The insurance option is not available for cosmetic dentistry. Dental insurance plans usually do not cover cosmetic services. However, we may be able to submit some dental procedures for you depending on the particular plan your company has chosen for you.
Option #3: Credit Cards
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
Option #4: Financing
We offer CareCredit in our office, it is the leader in patient-financing, and is endorsed by the American Dental Association. CareCredit has helped more than 10 million members get the treatment or procedures they needed or wanted. With a comprehensive range of options, for treatment or procedure fees from $1.00 to over $25,000, CareCredit offers a plan and a low monthly payment to fit comfortably into almost every budget. A 6-month interest free loan is also available through them. You may click on the CareCredit link to learn more or apply. Please note that if you choose this option, no other discounts apply.
